This Data Deletion Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and guidelines for the deletion of data within the Human Resource Management system ("HRMS") provided by VAP Technologies. By accessing or using the HRMS, you agree to adhere to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not access or use the HRMS.

VAP Technologies will retain your data as long as it is necessary to provide the services outlined in the Terms and Conditions or as required by law. Upon termination of your account or cessation of the services, your data will be retained for a period as required by applicable laws and regulations.

2. Request for Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their data by contacting VAP Technologies through the designated channels. Upon receiving a valid request, VAP Technologies will take reasonable steps to delete the requested data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Backup and Recovery

VAP Technologies may maintain backup copies of your data for disaster recovery and business continuity purposes. These backups may contain copies of your data even after deletion from the active systems. However, such backups will be securely stored and access will be restricted.
